摘要

文中概括地介绍了VHDL-AMS语言

研究了其混合信号机制

提出了一种新的同步算法及四种确定A到D转换时间的算法

实现了一个基于这种语言的混合信号模拟器

通过例子验证了该模拟器的有效性.

Abstract

The VHDL-AMS language is summarized in the paper.We have studied the mixed-signal mechanism of the language and offered a new synchronization algorithm and four algorithms for determining the convert time point of A to D.A mixed-signal simulator based on the language has been implemented.The efficiency of the simulator is tested by examples.
