本文针对分枝逻辑法的缺点
提出了一种快速心律失常病类判别的模糊数学方法.该方法使用S型和Z型隶属函数将心电RR间期和
QRS
波宽度两个参数模糊化
并通过计算其对于正常以及室早和房早等心律失常病类的隶属度
来对心律失常进行分类.使用MIT-BIH心电数据库和实测数据对其进行测试的结果表明
可以有效地进行准确、快速的心律失常病类判别.
A fuzzy sets method for classification of arrhythmias is developed in this work.At first R-R and QRS interval are transformed into fuzzy variables with S-style and Z-style membership functions.Then their grades of membership for normal and beats of PVC and APC are calculated to determine the classification.The method is verified with MIT-BIH database and the clinical data.The results show that this method is effective for the classification of arrhythmias accurately and rapidly.
