本文首先分析了W波段窄脉冲调制雷达的基本原理及作用距离、收发隔离、调制周期等参数.还分析了射频及中频泄漏
纳秒级脉冲传输失真及其克服方法.在分析设计的基础上
研制出一台W波段窄脉冲固态雷达.在雷达中首次采用可编程数字化测距系统
这种测距方法不但调试方便
而且测距精度高.最后给出雷达的测试结果.
The fundamental principle of W band narrow pulse-near distance radar is introduced.The function and distance of the radar are presented.The parameters including acceptance
segregation and the modulated cycle are analyzed.The leak in radio frequency
intermediate frequency and the transmission distortion of the nanosecond grade pulse are discussed.The overcoming method of that is given.Based on analysis
a W band narrow pulse solid radar are designed.FPGA measure distance system is adopted in this radar first.This method of distance measurement not only is convenient in debugging
but also can achieve high precision.Finally
the test result of this radar is given.
