摘要

本文将圆盘弯曲压电振子的分析方法通过适当的处理进而应用到圆盘形弯曲振动压电变压器的理论推导过程中

得到了该器件的等效电路

并通过实验研究验证了该等效电路的正确性.此外

文中的理论分析与性能测试还证明

弯曲振动压电变压器对于防止器件损坏、减小介电损耗、提高效率都有一定的作用.

Abstract

The analysis method applied in the disk flexural vibration actuator was adapted properly and then used to deduce the equivalent circuit model of disk flexual vibration mode piezoelectric transformers.The equivalent circuit model is verified by the experimental results.Besides this

the theoretic analysis and experimental result also indicate that this new kind of components can prevent the destruction

decrease the permittivity loss and improve the efficiency in some degree.
