With respect to the Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) architecture under the frequency-selective fading environment
this paper introduces the Direct-Sequence Spread-Spectrum (DSSS) operation into each transmit-antenna branch so as to make the frequency-selective fading channel vectorizable.Successively
one novel labeled-delay transmit diversity scheme is proposed for the DSSS-MIMO architecture
and the corresponding blind estimation scheme of the frequency-selective wireless channels is also derived.Simulation results demonstrate the validity of the novel labeled-delay transmit diversity scheme and the performance of the blind estimation of frequency-selective channels.
