T/R组件是有源相控阵雷达的关键部件
其设计的成功与否
决定了整部雷达的成本、可生产性和系统性能.针对以往组件系统设计师在设计时缺乏考虑系统稳定性设计的情况
本文从组件系统角度出发
首次提出了T/R组件的环路稳定性设计问题
并从噪声功率角度对环路进行了理论分析
推导出满足系统稳定的设计方程
最后提出了T/R组件环路稳定性的系统解决方法.
T/R modules are the key parts of the active phased array radar.Their design decides the cost
feasibility and the system performance of the whole radar.As the designer usually didn't attach much importance to the stability of the module system
this paper firstly brought forward the stability design of the loop in T/R module system
then its theoretic analysis is made in the case of noise power and the design function to meet the system stability is deduced
finally
several system design methods to solve the problem are suggested.
