This paper analyzes the beam diretction squint caused by aperture fill time when linear frequency modulated(LFM) signal is used in wideband phased array radar
and classical method of using time delay units(TDU) is also given.According to the characteristic of LFM Stretch processing
digital compensation method of aperture fill time is established.Experiment and simulation results demonstrate that the method is effective.
