采用补偿电路来补偿脉冲放电期间储能电容的电压降.本文阐述了这种脉冲调制电路的计算结果.
A long pulse power supply has been designed and simulation calculated for linac.For the high-energy accelerator
a high efficiency power supply is desired.The conceptual power supply uses only 30 μF storage capacitor that charged directly to the working voltage of klystron via DC supply and then droops approximately 5.59%
3.02% and 1.52% during the 1.5ms
800 μ s and 400 μ s pulse widths.The droops are compensated for by the use of a compensation circuit
and the output pulses are therefore flat to within ±0.50% during those pulse widths.This article is the description of the long pulse modulator calculation.
