我国宽带同轴功率基准采用自动反馈单负载微量热计方案
其中的工作标准是温度补偿式同轴热敏电阻功率座
借助量热技术准确测量在热敏电阻座中的射频功率损耗
从而确定其有效效率.对在功率座壁上的射频功率损耗测量没有采用传统的热电堆方式
而是采用热敏电阻功率座自身的温度补偿热敏电阻检测.这一方案具有响应时间快、灵敏度高和量热计结构简单等优点.本文详细介绍了我国宽带同轴功率国家基准的实现方法和不确定度评定
并列举国际比对数据验证了基准的准确性.
A single load microcalorimeter with auto-feedback is constructed as the national coaxial primary standard for broadband power of China.A temperature-compensated coaxial themistor mount is used as working standard inside.The effective efficiency of the working standard is calibrated from the RF power loss in the mount which is measured by a calorimetric method.The part of RF power loss in the mount wall is measured with the temperature-compensation themistor in the mount instead of traditional thermal coupler method.The new method has advantages of short response time
high sensitivity and simple structure.Implement method and uncertainty analysis of the power standard is presented in detail.International comparison data and figures are also included for confirmation of the power standard accuracy.
