A Quasi-Orthogonal Group Layered Space-Frequency-Time Block Coded (QO-GLSFTBC)-OFDM scheme with full-rate and full-diversity is presented for improving the performance of quasi-orthogonal codes.Compared to the constellation-rotated quasi-orthogonal codes (the improved QO scheme)
the newly proposed code has the advantage of not expanding the signal constellation at each transmit antenna. The proposed method can obtain full rate and full diversity.Furthermore
the encoding and decoding process of the proposed method is made of linear processing and requires simple operation.Simulation results show the validity of the proposed method.
