This paper describes transport properties of two dimensional electron gases in antiparallel magnetic-electric barrier structure.By means of transfer matrix method
we obtain the explicit expressions of electron transmission probability and conductance for a magnetic-electric barrier structure and discuss the influence of different values of the electric potential barrier height on them.The results indicate that this system does not possess any spin filtering and spin polarization and electron gases can realize perfect resonant tunneling and wave-vector filtering.
