为了能够更好地利用彩色图像的信息进行边缘检测,提出一种RGB空间下结合高斯曼哈顿距离图的彩色图像边缘检测方法.首先分析了彩色图像到灰度图像转换的信息损失,并给出一种RGB空间下边缘的度量方法.其次,通过引入高斯曼哈顿距离,分别在RGB三个通道进行处理,并通过新的边缘度量法统一获得彩色图像的距离图.最后将距离图映射到0~255的灰度范围内,得到最终的边缘检测结果.实验结果表明,本文方法具有较高的处理速度和较好的处理结果.
In order to make better use of information for edge detection of color image
an approach of color image edge detection which combines Gauss Manhattan distance map into RGB space is proposed in this paper.Firstly
the loss of information generated from color image to gray image conversion is analysised and a method of RGB space edge measurement is raised.Then
a new unified distance map is got from separately Gauss Manhattan distance map of color image by the measurement in three channels of RGB.Finally
a new unified distance map is mapped to range of 0~255
and the result of edge detection is obtained.Experimental results show the approach proposed in this paper has higher processing speed and better treatment effect.
