based on time-of-arrival(TOA)in the line-of-sight environment
is proposed by using coordinate shift method.The rough result of the mobile station(MS)position can be calculated through the first step of coordinate shift by using the base station(BS)and MS geographical position relationship.This paper also proposed the error vector covariance by analyzing the character of the error vector
and the WLS method is used to get the second step estimation of the MS position.The simulation results verify the performance of this method.
