Packet one-way delay traces are important measurements for analyzing and evaluating end-to-end performance of the network.These measurements can be quite inaccurate due to the relative clock skew

the frequency difference between two clocks
and clock reset which is the abrupt adjustment of clock at end systems.In this paper we introduce a new algorithm to estimate and remove the relative clock skew and clock resets from measurements based on the fuzzy clustering analysis.Numerical experiments demonstrate that this algorithm is more accurate and robust than existing algorithms.Additionally
