This paper presents a novel data hiding method for concealing a piece of critical information in a host message.Given a host data stream of n bits size

the proposed method can embed as many as bits of data by changing

at most

one bit in host data stream.The matrix H for embedding and extracting data can also be used as a secret user key

which provides a higher security of the hidden data.With the proposed method

we gain satisfactory simulation results on PC.
