we develop a new near optimum detector especially for synchronous code division multiple access system.The detection method is based on rotating orthogonal method algorithm for 0 1 programming

and the new detector is proved to be more effective than some of other optimum （or sub optimum） detectors.With the increase of user’s numbers

its complexity of calculation is O（m） in a specific statistical sense and can be controlled under different conditions.
