摘要

近年来，长期相关（LRD）性对ATM网的建模和控制的影响还存在分歧．本文研究了LRD过程的二阶统计特性对排队的影响，认为它受缓存大小及利用率的控制通过仿真给出了结论，并从理论上进行论证．最后，针对建模提出了建议．

Abstract

Recently

there is discrepancy in the impact of LRD （Long-Range-Dependence） on modeling and controlling over ATM. In this paper

the influence of the second-order-statistics of LRD process on queue performance is studied. The influence is controlled by other factors-buffer dimension and utilization. First the result is put forward through simulation experiments and is explained by theoretical analysis. Finally

we give the suggestion and conclusion.
