摘要

本文提出了改进的模糊漏桶，用于对ＡＴＭ网络业务进行监管．对ＯＮ／ＯＦＦ业务及ＶＢＲ（ＶａｒａｂｌｅＢｉｔＲａｔｅ）视频ＡＲ（一阶ＡｕｔｏＲｅｇｒｅｓｉｖｅ模型）业务的仿真结果表明改进模糊漏桶对业务的监管能力要好于漏桶，即监管违约业务响应快，幅度大；并且合法业务对改进模糊漏桶的计资源要求少．

Abstract

This paper provides an Improved Fuzzy Leaky Bucket （IFLB） for policing traffic in ATM networks.Simulations on ON/OFF and VBR video AR traffic show that the performance of IFLB is better than that of conventional leaky bucket.That is to say

its response speed of policing illegal traffic is much faster with great amplitude

and its count resource requirement of legal traffic is less in comparison.
