本文提出了一种利用辛几何理论求解非均匀媒质中电磁波传播问题的新方法.首先引入新的波向量空间与原来的物理空间共同构成辛空间,将物理空间中波的传播问题提升为辛空间中的 Lagrange 子流形的问题,并通过适当的投影变换可以处理电磁波在非均匀媒质中传播的焦散问题.
A new symplectic geometrical method for solving the propagation of electromagnetic wave in the inhomogeneous media is presented in this paper.
The new vectors are introduced first.The vectors and former physical vectors form a symplectic space.The propagating problem in the physical space is promoted to Lagrange manifold in the symplectic space.With proper projection transform
the propagating caustic problem of the electromagnetic wave in the inhomogeneous media can be solved.
