摘要

本文描述了一种基于直线Ｈｏｕｇｈ变换的局部参数曲线矢量化技术．在极坐标空间构造曲线的Ｈｏｕｇｈ函数，并将函数分解为变换项和核项，提供了参数空间的自然分解，根据其图形属性消除一项参数而求解另一项参数，运用投点算法实现工程图中折线、曲线的矢量化．

Abstract

A curve vectorization technique based on the local straight line Hough transform is presented.The Hough function of a curve is constructed in the polar coordinate space

which is divided into the translation term and the intrinsic term.A natural decomposition is provided and one of two terms can be got by eleminating another term according to the graphics attributes.The vectorization of the polyline and curve is realized by using voting strategy algorithm.
