本文提出了对雷达随机脉冲信号ＭＴＩ数据进行补偿的处理方法，文中给出了理论分析和补偿函数，并对它们进行了探讨．本文最后给出了该理论的仿真试验结果，结果表明该理论是正确的．

This paper proposes the method of processing using compensation for MTI data of randomly pulsed phase signal

and gives and discusses the analyses of the theory and the functions of the compensation.In the end of the paper

the experiment of simulation is given.It is shown that the theory is right.
