摘要

本文分析并建立了串联型宽带变容管电调振荡器的电路模型，在Ｋａ波段上完成了电路设计，获得了１３３％的相对电调带宽，带内最小功率４０ｍＷ，最大功率达９０ｍＷ；最大电调带宽达到４６ＧＨｚ．

Abstract

This paper analyses and proposes a circuit model for the wideband series varactor tuned oscillators.At Ka band the electronially tunned bandwidth of 13 3% is achievevd within which the minimum power is 40mW and the maximum 90mW.The electronially tunned maximum bandwidth of 4 6GHz is obtained.
