摘要

本文针对非均匀杂波环境，提出了一种空时自适应处理的新方法．该方法具有系统自由度低，稳健性强、低速目标检测性能好、工程实现方便等特点，与局域联合处理方法及和差波束法相比，它在非正侧面阵机载雷达的实际系统中具有明显的性能优势．

Abstract

In this paper

a new space time adaptive processing（STAP） approach has been proposed

which is very much suitable for the non homogeneous clutter environments.It is characterized by low degrees of freedom of system

strong robust to error

good performance of detecting the slow target and convenient implementation in real time.Comparison with the local domain joint processing approach and the sigma and delta （∑ Δ） approach

it has a better performance in the practical airborne surveillance radar system.
