In this paper

the Coherent Measurement techniques are used to derive equations of fundamental waves above or below Nyquist frequencies.And then the high speed analog to digital converter has been tested using the LTX’s SYCHRO Ⅱ measurement system.The Full Power Bandwidth （FPBW） and some ADC dynamic characteristics have been examined.The results are in good agreement with the ADC’s parameters given by AD Corporation.
