采用光电流负反馈技术,分别在半导体发光/激光器件(LED/LD)和可调谐染料激光中产生并观察到压缩量为-13dB,-148dB和-89dB的闭环光电流噪声压缩.这些实验结果均已突破由量子破坏性测量(即由量子不完善性或光电探测器量子效率不为1)所给出的理论极限,为传统的量子测量理论所无法解释.文章采用光电流或光场反相关态的概念,正确解释了这一实验现象.
In terms of the technology of photocurrent negative feedback
the squeeze of closed loop photocurrent fluctuation with -13dB
-14 8dB and -8 9dB squeezing in semiconductor devices (LED/LD) and tunable dye laser has been respectively generated and observed.These results have broken through the theoretical limit given by quantum demolition measurement
and can not be explained by the traditional quantum measurement theory.We employ the concept on anticorrelation state of photocurrent or light field
and correctly explain the above experimental phenomenon.
