The paper introduces a classifier integrating method which transforms the problem of designing one superior classifier into designing a series of relative superior classifiers. The methed also transforms the problem of high dimensional division into different lower dimensional division. The paper proposes a Hybrid Integratd Method for character recognition in scene image
