本文介绍一种采用对称凝缩节点传输线矩阵方法研制成面向集成电路芯片结构的高速数字传输线特性三维电磁场时域模拟器.模拟器能模拟高斯脉冲在IC芯片上由任意矩形结构组成的共面传输线中的时域全波传输过程、模拟器在Convex240向量/并行处理机上实现.模拟器为高速数字集成电路及高速多芯片模块高速互连的研究和设计提供了强有力的CAD工具和新的概念及方法.
A novel 3-D time domain electromagnetic wav simulator for charactetistics of highspeed digital transmission lines in accordance with IC structures is described. It simulates a Gauss pulse to travel on arbitrary coplanar-type transmission line in the IC structures in 3-D space and time. It has been implemented on Convex 240 Vector/Parallel computer. The simulator is useful for the design of highspeed connection in IC and MCM.
