RF-SQUID器件是一个二阶非线性系统.由于没有解析解,要确定它和由它构成的系统的动态特性,噪声特性以及最佳工作条件,通常要依赖于数值解.这涉及算法的速度、精度、稳定性、软件编程和调试等各种问题[1],因而是一件费时费力的工作.本文从描写RF-SQUID动态特性的微分方程出发,给出了可被PSpice接受的RF-SQUID等效电路,使RF-SQUID和由它构成的各种系统的分析和模拟变得简单方便.
RF-SQUIDs are usually modeled as the second order nonlinear electronic systems. The numerical solution to the nonlinear differential equations describing the systems containing the RF-SQUIDs is frequently needed to get the dynamic performances
noise characterizations and optimum operation conditions of the systems
which often proves to be very complicated and timeconsuming because it is involved with such problems as the efficiency
accuracy and reliability of the numerical algorithm chosen
as well as the software programming of the algorithm and its debugging[1] PSpice is employed to do these with great ease because the RF-SQUID equivalent circuit which can be accepted by the PSpice simulator is developted from the nonlinear differential equations describing the RF-SQUIDs.
