本文以Boost型功率因数校正器(以后简写为PFC)为例,提出三频分析法(即直流、低频、高频分析法),其主要贡献有:①给出了占空比的瞬态表达式;②采用求均值的数学处理,给出了直流分析法;③根据平均值状态方程,给出了低频(市电频率)分析法,并证明PFC的功率因数(PF)的理想值为1;④根据电感电流的瞬态表达式,给出了高频(载波频率)分析法.本文所得的结论为PFC电路提供了实用简捷的分析方法,并对设计、调试提供了理论依据.
A three-band analysis for power factor active correction circuits(abbrev. PFC) has been given in illustration of Boost PFC in this paper.The main contributions in the paper are as follows: 1. The formula of duty factor about SPWM and an ideal model of PF = 1 has been proved;2.A DC analysis of PFC has been developed with two-bine average mothed; 3. Based on average state equation
a low frequency analysis has been proposed;4. Using transient formulas of inductor current
a high frequency(carrier wave)analysis has been studied.The conclusion of thes paper provides the simple method of analysis and theoretical base of design and adjustment for all PFC circuits.
