本文提出了一种基于全局均方误差最小准则的全局最小均方（ＴＬＭＳ）算法．在理论上分析了它的统计特性和收敛性，用数字仿真技术估计了它的性能．

On the basis of total least mean squares error criterion

the paper proposes the total least meansquares （TLMS） algorithm. We give its statistical analysis

studie its global asymptotical convergence and evaluate its performances via computer simulations.
