A spatial null preprocessing algorithm is proposed

and it’s performance according to the criteria of the optimal resolution and Cramer-Rao lower bound has been studied. The method presented here and it’s application to the direction of arrival estimation with coherent sources are varified by the simulation results and experiments using real-world data.
