摘要

本文给出了由ＣＣⅡ、ＭＯＳＦＥＴ和电容Ｃ构成的电压模式可集成平衡滤波器的基本块，并用所给基本块实现了平衡二阶滤波器。经ＳＰＩＣＥ仿真证明所实现的基本块及滤波器是正确的，且滤波器的工作频率会远远高于运放的ＭＯＳＦＥＴ－Ｃ滤波器。

Abstract

Some new voltage mode integrated full balanced basic circuit blocks constructed by CC Ⅱ s

MOSFETs and capacitors are proposed in the paper.A second-order full balanced filter constructed by the circuit blocks is designed and simulated with the SPICE program. The simulation results agree well with the design parameters and show the fact that this kind of filter can operate in higher freqency than operational amplifier based filer.
