本文提出一种用于PAL电视信号Y·C分离的新的三维滤波器的结构。该三维滤波器由一个一维水平滤波器和一个二维垂直-时间滤波器组成。其中二维滤波器通过频域座标适当旋转,可以沿二个新座标轴分解成二个一维滤波器,这样使二维滤波器的设计和实现均简便。这一新的Y·C分离方法较已有的方法性能优良,且避免了自适应空间滤波法[1]中画面活动检测的困难。
This paper proposes a new structure of three dimensional(i. e. 3-D) filter applied to Luminance-Chrominance separation(i. e. Y-C separation as well known) in PAL TV signals.The 3-D filter consists of a 1-D horizontal filter and a 2-D vertical-temporal filter
where the 2-D filter can be decomposed into two 1-D filters along two new axis directions
which are oblained from suitable rotation transform from the old axis. It would be very useful for simplifying the design and implementation of 2-D filter. The new method behaves better in Y·C separation efficiency than the traditional ones. Moreover
it can avoid the trouble of motion-detection in the adaptive space filtering[1].
