本文提出了一种高次杂交四边形边缘元方法,讨论了这种高次杂交边缘元的有限元空间构造,给出了其形函数的显形表达式。这种方法不仅消除了伪解,而且能直接求解传播常数,从而无需迭代便能分析有耗介质导波结构的传输特性。对矩形波导和条形介质填充波导本征模传播常数的计算表明这种高次杂交边缘元的计算精度比低次杂交边缘元要高出一个量级。对有耗介质填充波导主模色散曲线的计算证实了本文方法具有精确,高效和适用面广的特点。
A high-order mixed-edge rectangular element method is proposed for analysis of lossy dielectric guiding structures.The emphasis is laid on the investigation of the space construction of the high-mixed-order edge rectangular element and the explicit form of the shape function is given. The method provides a direct solution for propagetion constants wrthout the spurious solutions. The computationsof the propagation constants for the eigen modes in the rectanguar waveguide and slab loaded waveguide show that the accuracy of the high-order mixed-edge element approach is about one order higher than that of the lowest-order one. The calculations of the dispersion for the dominant mode in a lossy dielectric loaded waveguide verify the accuracy and efficiency of the present method.
