we studied the varying rules and affect factors of voltage-sensing and dielectric characteristics when high surge current was applied to SrTiO3 low-voltage varistors prespared by the single-fired method and doped by acceptors Mn2+ and Cu2+. The results show that the Cu+-doped sample has a higher surge-proof capability.
