摘要

本文提出一种广义电容矩阵的方法，用以优化设计ＴＥＭ传输线梳状及交指滤波器。文中引入了基次及高次ＴＥＭ模，模式电容及其互电容，负载电容等概念，把原先只考虑空间电容的矩阵扩展为包括各次ＴＥＭ模式电容在内的广义电容矩阵，这就可以把矩阵级联法用于复杂结构的计算，提高了优化设计的灵活性及计算精度和速度。

Abstract

A method of generalized capacitance matrix is presented in this paper

which can be used to calculate TEM transmission line comb-line filter and interdigital filter. The concepts of modal capacitance

fundamental and high order mode

mutual capcitance and load capacitance are introduced in the generalized capacitance matrix. So a complex structure can be solved by cascading of these matrices. We can get high flexibility of the optimal design

and the computing speed and accuracy are improved greatly.
