摘要

本文首先给出了一种适用于短波通信网络并具有自适应数据速率的调制解调技术，提出了这种短波通信的分布式自组织网络技术，最后介绍了短波自组织网络的实验系统

Abstract

A new modem technique for HF communication network with dynamic data rates is first given in the paper.Then a distributed self-organizing algorithm for the network is proposed.Finally its prototype system and performance are presented.
