The probability distribution and the average ambiguity function of the radar waveform
and the probability distribution of the range sidelobe (RSL) are systematically analysed for a new kind of noise radar-random binary phase coded (RBPC) CW radar.A statistical method of reducing the RSL by 30dB is presented. In the meantime
the design of the system parameters is made and the extention of the doppler Eolerance is discussed. It is shown that this kind of noise radar can detect long-range and high-speed targets.
