本文对单一束缚能级下电偶极子传统的热刺激电流,尤其是对其中超越函数积分物理意义加以分析后,首次导出了具有任意束缚能级的电偶极子热刺激电流理论。用假设的分布检验该结果表明近似解与精确解符合得相当好。应用本文的结果可以方便地确定对电流贡献的电偶极子数和束缚能级。
After analyzing the traditional equation on the Thermally Stimulated Current (TSC) of dipoles with a single activation energy
especially on the physical meaning of the transcendental function in the TSC equation
a new kind of thermally stimulated current theory with an arbitrary dipoles activation energy density distribution is deduced. With the expression obtained in this paper
it is easy to get the numbers and activation energy density distribution of the dipoles which attribute to the currents.
