The Volterra functional method is used for the electromagnetic inverse problems. A generally analytical procedure and symbolic code implemenation are succesfully constructed

which provides a new way for the inverse problems. The conductivity profiles

is reconstructed by the method.The results show that only three terms of expansion have given an obvious improvement compared with the former approximations.
