摘要

本文根据恒定电场原理，提出了Ｓｐｉｎｄｔ型真空微三极管按比例缩小规则．研究指出，Ｓｐｉｎｄｔ型真空微三极管按比例缩小后，性能明显改进，工作电压降低。

Abstract

Scaled down rules for Spindt-type vacuum microtriodes are presented with the constant electric（CE） field principle.It has been pointed out that the performances of the Spindt devices are improved and the operating voltages are lowered with the CE scaled down rules.
