摘要

这里讨论一种新方法，用它可以大大减少局部介质参数或局部边界条件变化后对场的影响的求解工作量。与微扰法不同，这种方法并不对扰动体的大小、参数改变的程度有太多限制。

Abstract

In this paper we discuss a new method which can reduce enormously the computation of the disturbed electromagnetic field due to the change of the paramter of a local medium or boundary condition. Being different from the Disturbance Theory

this method gets much less limitations on the size or parameter of the local medium.
