本文证明了一种非正交离散余弦变换──ＤＣ３Ｔ具有与经典ＤＣＴ相同的残余相关和更高的变换编码增益，分析了它的熵压缩和能量压缩性质，给出了计算复杂度和递推算法．结果表明ＤＣ３Ｔ比ＤＣＴ更适合于图像数据压缩．

A non-orthogonal DCT

is proved to have equal residual correlation as and higher transform gain over the well-known DCT

its entropy and energy compression properties along with its computations are provided.
