本文采用边界元法计算了具有多段磁介质的磁偏转系统的三维磁场分布及场参数H0,H2,H4,该磁介质可以是旋转对称的,例如用作帧包的磁环;也可以是多极对称的,例如冷轧硅钢臂,且其磁导率μ值无须作趋于无穷大之假定,在计算过程中采用傅里叶谐波分析法,将三维问题化成二维问题来处理,这样可节约内存,提高运算速度,对于求解矩阵元积分中遇到的奇点作了较精确的处理,文中针对具有多段磁介质平行马鞍型线圈进行了计算,其结果用我校的“双线圈回归法偏转磁场测量仪”进行验证,发现理论计算与实验符合得相当好.
The three dimensional magnetic field and field parameters H0
H2
H4 produced by deflection yoke with several ferromagnetic loops are calculated by using the boundary element method(BEM).These ferromagnetic loops may be of rotational symmetry(such as Toroid core)or multipolar symmetry(such as CROSS).Fourier harmonic analysis method is used to transform the three dimensional integral to two dimensional integral.It can save the memory units and the calculating time of the computer.The singularities in calculating the diagonal elements of the matrix are manoeuvred to obtain accurate result.As an example
a parallel saddle coil with several ferromagnetic loops has been calculated in this paper.The theoretical calculated results of the field parameters coincide very well with the measured results by our new designed deflection magnetic field measuring instrument.
