敏感膜的响应机理进行了讨论。实验结果与理论分析相符。
This paper studies PVC membrane’s K ̄+ -ISFET sensor taking diphenyl-l30-corwn 10 as sensitive materials.Ingredient proportion Changing in the membrane between sensitive material and plasticizer has an effect on response character of K ̄+ -ISFET.Response mechanism of K+ sensitive membrane has been discussed.The experimental results correspond to the theoretical analysis.
