A ten-valued circuit of decimal arithmetical unit using DYL devices is presented. The DYL device is a kind of linear element
able to work at any voltage between 0-3 volts with high resolution to signals. This gives a good ground for the realization of the ten-valued logic circuits
with high information density. By designing the circuit
a method called"data assigning and selective output"(DASO) is adopted. All possible values of the output are assigned to the circuit
and proper output is selected out according to the input signals. The method of DASO is of general significance to the design of multiple-valued circuits.
