本文研究了几种金属材料:铝、磷铜、无氧铜、银铜、不锈钢、镍和钽做为CO激光器电极对激光气体稳定性的影响.通过对放电后电极表面附着物的分析
得到了电极表面变化的信息
并可以以此为依据来选择合适的电极材料.我们发现钽是一种较好的CO激光器电极材料.
The influence of electrode on laser gas stability of CO laser by several kinds of metal materials is investigated. These materials are Aluminum .Phosphorus Copper
OFHC Copper
Silver Copper Alloy
Stainless Steel
Nickel and Tantalum. From the analysis of the adhesion on the surface of electrode after discharge
we get the imformation about the surface variation
and We recognize that this can be the criterion of suitable electrode material selection. We find that Tantalum is a relative good electrode material for CO laser.
