得出了影响压电特性的三个主要因素。
This paper deducts the piezo-constant expression of 0-3 type connectivity according to the basic definition of piezoelectricity
and amends the flaw of T. Furukawa’s piezo-constant expression. This makes the theory more correspondent with the experimental results. By means of the analytical methods such as SEM and X-ray
we also discuss the mechanism which affects 0-3 type composite piezoelectricity and get three main factors affecting the piezoelectricity.
