本文引入量子力学波阻抗和谷间传输比两个概念来求解多能谷隧穿方程
得到了类似于传输线理论中的反射公式.把矩阵的解算简化成波阻抗和谷间传输比的计算
减少了计算量并提高了计算精度.通过实际量子阱的计算求出了量子阱的波阻抗和谷间传输比
从而对量子阱的特征、能带混和及输出电子的谷间耦合给出了定量的描述.
The wave impedance and intervalley transfer ratio are introduced to solve the many-valley tunneling equations
so that a reflection formula similar to the transmission line theory is obtained. In stead of solving the coupling equations the calculation of wave impedance and intervalley transfer ratio not only reduces the calculation effort but also improves its accuracy. Through the calculation of actual quantum well the wave impedance and intervalley transfer ratio are obtained
thus giving a quantitative description for the quantum confinement
band mixing and intervalley transfer.
