摘要

本文给出一个开关电容滤波器（SCF）设计程序。利用作者提出的改进KNOB法自动生成等效电路

借助通用电路模拟程序SPICE计算SCF频响特性。同时考虑了运放的有限增益带宽等非理想因素的影响

方法简便易行

几种实例硬件测试与计算机模拟结果一致。

Abstract

A program for Switched-Capacitor Filter （SCF） design is described in this paper. The epuivalent circuits are produced automatically by using Modified-KNOB Method raised by the authors. The frequency response of SCF is calculated by means of the general circuit simulation program-SPICE

meanwhile

the effect of the Operational Amplifier’s finite gain bandwidth is considered. The method is simple and facile. The measured results of several real circuits are identical to those of computer simulation.
